No, and we guarantee that fact.
How good is the print quality on a remanufactured cartridge?
As good as original, and in some applications it's superior. A test print is supplied with every remanufactured cartridge.
How many times can a toner cartridge be remanufactured?
Because toner cartridges are a mechanical electrical device, made of several components they can be repaired by using new parts. We continue this process until a part wears that we cannot replace. Dependent on the model, the cartridge may be remanufactured into "double figures."
Will I get the same page count as the original?
Yes. We fill the cartridge to the same capacity and in some cases we can exceed the original capacity.
How long does it take to remanufacture a cartridge?
Normal turn-round time is 24 to 48 hours, but we do offer an Express Service for emergency situations.
Can all toner cartridges be remanufactured?
No. We are limited by the availability of spare parts and toner.
What sort of guarantee do you give on remanufacturing toner cartridges?
All our toner cartridges are guaranteed 100%.
The only exception is if the cartridge is empty or damaged.
